Sting’s last ever UK wrestling appearance on TNA tour

When TNA come to the UK later this month, it will be a landmark visit for more than one reason.

Not only is there an Impact double taping at Wembley Arena on Jan 28 for broadcast on Spike and Challenge TV but it marks Sting’s last ever wrestling appearances in the UK.

The legendary wrestler has been threatening retirement for a long time, but it looks like he’s going to be putting away his makeup sooner rather than later. So, UK fans, this is your last time to see the great man in person.

The full roster of stars appearing includes British wrestlers Magnus, Doug Williams and Mark Haskins, as well as people like Bobby Roode, Kurt Angle, Velvet Skye, James Storm, Matt Morgan, Samoa Joe, Mickie James, Gail Kim… you get the idea.

By the way, if you’re not going to Wembley, you won’t necessarily miss out on getting your face on TV; additional footage will also be filmed in Nottingham and Manchester on January 26 and 27 respectively.
