Breaking Kayfabe podcast: Tag in the Prime Time Players
Raw 1000 was basically the greatest thing in the history of television.
Just days after a landmark television event, the boys are back to discuss what may be the greatest Raw ever. But in order to get there, they had to trudge through some lackluster news. Stone Cold was not at the 1000th Raw, much to the disappointment to everyone ever, but the boys discuss the handsome god’s acceptable excuse. Alex Riley is being buried because of Cena, according to a news story no one believes (though if Ken Doane were to weigh in maybe we’d have some answers), and the WWF logo is finally making its return.
After a breezethrough of SmackDown featuring Daniel Bryan and AJ brilliantly playing the couple everyone hates, it’s time for RAW. Seriously, one of the greatest episodes of any television show ever. Our listener Ash was there to see it live (only way to see it), so he climbed on board the BK-Train and told us all the juicy details. DX reunited, the APA showed up, Dude Love was there instead of all the better incarnations of Foley or Foley himself, oh, and the biggest superstar in the company turned heel. No biggy, man. It’s a long but exciting episode!
